Yoga Retreat in the Norwegian Mountains with Haridev and Dass Shiva

ProgramIn this retreat we come together to do inner work, releasing what is stuck and no longer serving, so you can feel lighter, brighter and uplifted. The retreat will include kundalini yoga, meditation, gong, relaxation, music, mindfulness, breathwalk, journaling and great company. All activities are optional and there will be time for rest and reflection and to enjoy the beautiful nature.We will practice in a beautiful yoga Shala with breathtaking mountain views. We work together to create a sacred space of healing and higher consciousness. As a grounding and hands-on activity, attendees will participate in some of the food preparation. The retreat is an opportunity to both connect deeply to yourself and to be inspired and nourished by the company of others.About the TeachersKathy Haridev Latham and Dass Shiva are experienced Kundalini Yoga teachers and healers based in Norway. Haridev is a teacher trainer and yoga therapist & Dass Shiva is a teacher and musician with a meditative depth from 20 years of zen practice. Together they hold a joy-filled space of warmth, clarity and upliftment.LocationThe retreat takes place at Rognstad in Heidal, Innlandet, Norway. The mountainous area is surrounded by national parks and abundant nature.The center is located high above the Sjoa river, with fantastic views over the valley and high mountains. Rognstad is a traditional Norwegian farmstead with numerous original buildings on a spacious 1 hectare site. Its origins date back to the 18th century.Inspired by Kundalini Yoga & sound healing, the founders’ vision for the center is a place for relaxation, consciousness development and connection.They have converted the barn into a beautiful yoga room with large windows to enjoy the mountain views.What is included:-Daily yoga, meditation and gong
-Cozy, rustic farmhouse or small cabin lodging for three nights.
-Simple, healthy vegetarian meals (vegan and gluten-free options)
-We can arrange pickup/dropoff at one of the nearby train stations if you coordinate with us in advance.

-Private appointments - it may be possible to book appointments for Sat Nam Rasayan healing.

How to get there:TrainThe area is a scenic train ride of approximately 2.5-3 hours from Gardermoen Airport (train stops directly at airport) and 3-3.5 hours from Central Oslo.The closest train stations are Vinstra and Otta, which are about half an hour drive away. The stations are served by the SJ Nord train line that goes from Oslo to Trondheim.
